    penn credit.. they suck.. i paid my account online for my taxes, so i thought and it left an 11 cent balance on the account.. they won't take less than a dollar on the account online and then when you call you get some rude ass people or people who don't know that is going on.. do yourself a favor just cop an attitude like i did and you'll get someplace, which is crazy enough in itself.. I shouldn't have to get nasty with people to get the right service!!!!!
