Several years ago, I had signed up for an appliance insurance/repair/replacement program. My washing machine broke down. they sent a repairman who order parts, came out, installed the parts, ordered more parts, came out, installed the parts and order more parts. The final part ordered was the drum, which was/is no longer available, so was never shipped. Eventually and FINALLY the company finally admitted that the drum was unobtainable and offered to replace the machine.  It took a LOOONNG time for them to finally come to this conclusion and offer replacements. In the meantime, I needed to do laundry so went out and bought a new machine.  CINCH sent a reimbursement check for just a portion of what it cost me to replace the machine. Later, I started getting communications via email regarding parts they claimed I had in my possession and never returned. I have emailed and written to them that all parts that were shipped to my location were installed on the old machine.  The drum was NEVER SHIPPED.  I have and never have had additional parts. Apparently, this has been turned over to a debt collector who keeps calling,  I am sick of it.
