Got a spam fax.

Another cowardly attempt at doing business.  By spamming fax machines again for a health care plan with $25 Doctor visits.

Oh please not another scam faxed to people.

This fax came in with a call in number of 866-317-4701 to have our number removed. Both are SCAM NUMBERS.  PLEASE DO NOT CALL EITHER OF THESE NUMBERS AS YOU PHONE NUMBER WILL BE DISPLAYED & REGISTERED.

Yes and if you call them to complain they block you based on your caller-id so you can't complain.

Disgraceful.

Have received several SPAM faxes with repeated attempts to have my number removed using their 1-866-317-4701 number to be removed.  As of yet no luck.

Its very easy for these scammers to get a new 800 number. If it sounds to good to be true, it is. If they won't give you a policy to review, its a SCAM.  These guys are like cockroaches because they don't like the light of day and they keep comming back to scam the next unwary consummer.  You can and should complain to the FCC if you received a "blast fax." What ever you do not call the 800 number or the number to be removed from their list(you'll just get stuck on half a dozen other lists).  These guys are scammers who just want access to your checking account.  If you are looking for Health Insurance go to a broker or agent in your home town so you can look him or her in the eye and ask for their business card with their name address phone number and license number.  People are licensed for a reason.

Got a few faxes from these jerks. I don't know why they think it's a suitable business model to waste people's ink and paper to hawk their scam-ass insurance. And apparently they have a way to block incoming phone calls to their incoming number (800 919 2205). Wish private citizens had the ability to block individual numbers too!

I received a fax for PremierHealth Care to call 800-919-2205. The automated voice states you have reached Associated Health Group. A man answered the phone stating, Premium Healthcare Enrollment, I asked him for the company's main or headquarters physical address. He said, "There are like 4 different companies". I asked for a physical address, as I was trying to find out more information about the company. He said, "There is no physical address, you have reached the enrollment center how can I help you?" I asked again for a physical address, he said there was only a website address, so I asked for the website address he yelled, "FOR THE FOURTH TIME THERE IS NO ADDRESS!" and hung up the phone

Another junk FAX from these jerks - now with phone number 800-712-8820. What's the reason for not filing the FCC allowed $500 fine for each of these faxes?

Same as everyone elses posts.  We did the fax removal number every week with no luck then one day, I called 4 times and got hung up on every time then they finally blocked all my phones.  They called themselves Premiere Healthcare.  An obvious scamm.  The number for the "Enrollment Center" is 800-831-8227.
