    I sign up to receive a free trial of your tea.  Nothing arrived until March 15, when two packs arrived. The tea was originally sent to Canada, instead of the U.K.  I never got any notification from you that you send the goods, nor did you attach any references with the tea sent. Your company has already billed my credit card twice and I am about to dispute the transactions with my credit card company. I wish to cancel my free trail and request you refund my account.  I have not tried the tea and wish to send these back. Could you please send me details of where to send the goods and a reference number so that you can identify who these are from. They will be returned in their original package.
