This number comes from a message that pop ups a Microsoft detects problems with your computer. please call live associates to help you. this is a scam and has a malware attached.. STOP IT

I  ask one question if they have BBB phone number if they do I call it, if not I hang up

A virus message from Microsoft took control of my computer screen and I could not get out of it.  This number was given to call for online help so I called it.  And spent 20 minutes listening to a technician in India tell me why I needed to subscribe for $249.99 one year so he could fix the problem, $449.99 for three year service...kept asking for my credit card number.  By then I was sure this was a scam.  Said no thanks, hung up, kept playing with my computer and finally got rid of the locked screen.  This is a scam!  Shame on them for trying to rip off a 74 year old widow!!
