800-919-9202

A charge appeared on my VISA card for $7.10 and 5 days later for $50.02, the transaction description was "8009199202LINDNERS  Yunnan". There are also two foreign transaction fees, $0.21 and $5.95 that are connected to these charges. I have not ordered anything from outside the USA and have no idea what these charges are for. If you do a Yahoo search for "Yunnan 8009199202 Lindners" the 10th item on page 1 is a post named "iPhone 5 Shipping Scam" by Terry Ambrose in which he says he called the same 800 919 9202 number and was promised a refund but of course it never arrived nor did the iPhone. On a dogpile.com search I looked up the same Yunnan 8009199202 and on page 7 item 5, 9, and 14 also talk about this scam. I don't know how I got these fraudulent charges so I'm clueless on how to prevent it from happening again. My VISA card company is investigating and I'm sure these charges will be removed from my account. I have learned that Yunnan is a province in southwestern China which is interesting but not helpful.
