They called/wanted the owner/said with Corp Service Co/wanted to renew our Registered Agent to keep in compliance with the SOS.  Well, I say we are already with a registered agent and are in compliance.  They hung up.  

I asked which State (as we are an interstate company) - she would not say.  

Not a scam so much as a nuisance and trying to drum up business for their collection side for outstanding payables to your company.   If a so called registered agent is calling, I would not go much further than just a thank you but no.  No upstanding registered agent would call - they are usually are referred by an attorney.

At the same mailing address, ( 2711 Centerville Road, Suite 400 Wilmington, DE 19808 ) we find CTC Media, a large Russian broadcasting company publicly traded in the US.  At the same phone number, 302 636 5400, we find a company named The Company Corporation: www.incorporate.com .

Got a VM from "Shane" from CSC regards to our company's compliance reporting to the secretary of state

Received call from John at Corporation Compliance Services. Phone number used was a cell phone, but caller left message with 1800-927-9801 and an extension. Caller did not leave "Regarding" information and this is probably a sales cold call.

Same thing

Received two voice mail messages from CSC. The caller states CSC was hired by my "company" to help with projects and asked that I contact them to discuss.  Complete scam.
