    I also found an unauthorized charge on my account.  When attempting to validate charge by calling the 800 number, I was put on hold...no one picked up the call - just music!

    CALLED SEVERAL TIMES. CANNOT GET THROUGH TO THEM. YOU LISTEN TO MUSIC FOREVER.  AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE WAS MADE TO MY ACCOUNT.  I have contacted my credit card issuer who will investigate.
