I know who they are, I refuse to call back because I've told them multiple times the proper number.

If they're that stuborn to make a simple change, then I refuse to help them. i can't help it if I'm only part time, and the others are full time, and yet she insists on not using the proper number.

I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF "RHO" CALLING AND LEAVING V.M. ON MY PHONE.

I've told her and others in the A/R department that I "DO NOT WORK A/P ANYMORE!!" and they keep calling!!!!!

I've given them the Accounts Payable extencion!! about three times!, I've told Her (and others) I'm not in the department anymore!!!

"RHO" is either deaf or stuborn!!, I'm deleting the message.

Oh so now Karis has my number. Well It doesn't take away from the fact that I don't work in A/P anymore. As a matter of fact it won't matter in a couple of weeks, so go ahead and call all you want, because there will be no answer.

If you people had updated your information to contact the A/P department, you wouldn't get a voicemail all the time. LOL

This from Hilti USA Accounts Receivable.  It's a legitimate number.  Commercial credit department.

It should be mentioned that they don't seem to be very good at keeping their records up to date.  They had a billing address for us that had changed four years ago.  And the invoice they were calling about was incorrect to begin with.  Makes you wonder how they ever show a profit.
