arrowhead keeps calling, but i do not receive water from them.

It is Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water Co.
I am a customer.
They call customers a few days prior to scheduled home delivery so the empty bottles will be left out.

If you are getting these by mistake, they may have the wrong number in their files for some other customer, or a prior owner of the phone number.

It's OK, not a bill collector, crank or prank call, or telemarketers.  It's just Arrowhead Water's recorded message to remind that a scheduled delivery is upcoming in a couple of days, and a reminder for dealing with preparing the return of their water jugs.
