They ask for your personal info to 'verify' that they have the right person on the phone BUT they don't want to give up any info on WHY they are calling or WHERE (company wise) they are calling from.  I was told they are a 'calling center' by the girl who made the call.  When you don't give up your personal info (like any INTELLIGENT PERSON) they get fiesty.  Still not sure who they are.  Beware.

They are calling for student loans.

I was left a message that it's Coastal Professional, and I already know it's about student loans.

I have never had a student loan, and I have not been a student for decades.  Last night I got a call from this number, and I inadvertently picked it up without checking caller ID.  I got a recorded message saying that it was very urgent that these people speak to me.  I stayed on the line for a minute or two and then the line went dead.

They said "Coast Management" and it's probably student loans.  Wouldn't say where they were, said they'd received papers of mine, I asked what, wouldn't answer, that it's "personal" and I said I'm not asking for information, I'm asking what it is they received, and would answer so I said I wasn't interested in talking, goodbye, and hung up.

No call, any loan responsibilities in 2016, yet this is still going on
