Have you ever noticed that real companies don't hide their names, lol? Why would they?
That only makes sense for criminals.

got call to reduce credit card % fee, asked to verify the customer service phone number..and then asked for credit card number. very abrupt on the calls and very pushy, def a scam

Answered this call from the visa credit card company. I told them I had nothing with them and they should not call again. I looked up the Visa webpage and they do not have any list phone number nor do they contact you directly. You have to contact a bank or another organization definitely a SCAM!

Offering me 5.99% on my VISA. They needed to verify the card.  So I gave fake card info and she said it did not validate. Well shouldn't they not be validating they should be verifying security info???. There was no formal call monitoring system.
They almost had me until they asked for the card number.
This infuriates me.
I hung up on her and she called back about 5 times until I told her not to call.

I told the guy that I don't need my rate to be raised on any card because I don't keep a balance on my card.  the guy said"F___ You" to me !

Pretty much consistent with the above comments.  Told them I wasn't interested and he swore at me and told me I was wasting his time.  Don't even bother.

This guy asked for somebody with my last name, and I told him wrong number, and then he said "ok, F*** you"

Picked up, sounded like an indian guy singing in some forign language. Once he realised I was on the line, he hung up.

Heavy indian acccent man calling from my "current credit master/visa card".
I couldn't understand what he was saying so I made him repeat like 5 times.

Turns out he hung up on me, got tired of getting asked why he was calling exactly.

Fishy. In a broken Indian accent said he wanted to ask about my credit card.  I said I was not interested in any------ but he handed up on me mid sentence.

I received a phone call from these ppl saying I can lower the rate on my credit card I replied no I'm good lol then he says you sound cute can we make friendship I replied umm what hahaha I had the hardest time understanding him with his accent anyways he hung up but This person calls me again today asking if I'm single n questions like that.... Creepy and the number he called me from was 1-800-966-2124

And he said his name is Steve

Rcvd phone call from this number. Caller identified himself as calling from Visa. Caller asked "How are you doing today?" as I have no time for these calls I stated "What do you want?" Caller then said "You can suck my d**k." This is unbelievably unacceptable.

He said, in a heavy Indian accent, he was from "credit card company" and can lower my rates.  He asked for card number , 3 digit number on the back of the card and the answers for various questions (pet, maiden name and childhood street).   Before I reply to those questions, I asked him which bank was this credit card issued and a callback phone number for the bank...he hung up.   Pure SCAM!!    

Got a call today from a woman same thing saying she was was visa which I don't have I told her wrong number she said I'll call back and I said don't bother this is (my last name's) residence. she called back and used my last name asked to speak to me. I then asked to speak to a supervisor she said no I said don't call here again. got a call back from man said he was a supervisor said to me very vulgar comments and I hung up . continued to call 6 more times... I called police and they said nothing they could do it is an international phone call . This was definitely harassment.

Same thing, asked him what the call was in regards too... he starts yelling "I am your father!!!" and hung up

Caller indicated they were calling for Visa/Mastercard and because I was a good customer would lower my interest rate to 6% for lifetime.
They wanted to verify my address as Albert.....I discontinued the call
