I received a call from Capital One stating someone stole my credit card information. I called the phone number on the back of the credit card and got in contact with the fraud department. First, I was talking with a very professional lady called Maggie, she reviewed some charge with me and we found out somebody was using my credit card, I was placed on hold for some minutes but my cell phone died. When I called again I was redirected to the fraud department immediatly and spoke with another lady called Daniel, which was also professional and knowledgeable, after some security questions she canceled my credit card and requested a new one for me. The new credit card will take 7 to 10 and now I feel much better

On was in my account on the internet and saw a unknown transaction.  Then I saw a window for a chat at the bottom of my screen.  I decided to chat with someone to fix the problem.  He asked for my name, birth date, postal code.  At the end the person gave me this phone number 1-800-966-6030 because he could not help me.  I entered the phone number in Google and saw that it was not Capital One!....  So I am calling the phone number at the back of my card.  Be carefull!  I will cancel my actual card...

Finally the 1-800-966-6030 is the Fraud department of Capital One.  Few!!!  Don't need to cancel my card!...
