Wanted to speak to a relative of mine

Received email and text that there was a problem with my account and to call this number immediately.  Instead, I called the # on Discover website.  They saw no issues with my account and could not find the # in their in-house phone book!!!

The same person, Kaitlyn, called and left voicemail telling me my Discover card was compromised and Ineeded to call 800-973-4066. I did and I was switch around a couple of times and I hung nup. The same thing happened with another card yesterday. I don't feel safe with any account now.

I love 800-Notes. We received this call 08/09/22 at 9:08AM. Sounded professional, but it is always better to check first, call back later.

Call and leave a callback number but never say who they're with.

It is not from Discover, it is fraud. Discover is a great company that worked with me to thoroughly check if I received any phone calls, had unknown accounts, or unknown applications.

Called my landline, left message on machine. 'Jenifer' said it was important but not why or what company, gave hours 8am-10pm EST M-F, etc.  didn't call back, after seeing this posting.
