Thanks - mimi| 4 repliesi contacted this business because of a letter i recieved. the women that work in this office is so rude and racist! not only did the receptionist hang up on me- the supervisor was extremely rude and she hung up on me too!! they referred to me as "unimportant"- if a client called trying to settle a debt i think that would be important. stephaine fuller-owner needs to step up and take control!!! no one has the right to be this rude! we all have debts to pay and someone stole my checks and wrote them without me knowing! i reject being told that "black folk always go around writing bad checks" and to "f off"! this has to be the most unprofessional group of women! if they call you or contact you......call a lawyer.....call your bank.....call someone before you send these ladies any money!!!!
- Alicia replies to mimiI have received calls from this place, but when asked if they could send me something in the mail they state NO they are not "legally inclined too"!! This company is a scam please please don't send them any money!

- Attorney At Law| 3 repliesPEOPLE BEWARE. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!PEOPLE BEWARE. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!
Stephanie, for one you can't purchase food, besides groceries, with a check and for two, I'm an an attorney and I have gotten MANY complaints about YOU & YOUR Company. Actually, I just received one from a client in reference to your company's illegal and fraudulent activities. In my LEGAL opinion, it is your best bet to get things straight with WHATEVER you are doing before YOU and YOUR employees face FEDERAL PRISON TIME. Sooner a later, enough of these complaints against you and your company will result in legal action. AND For the record, I contacted BBB's legal department and you DO NOT have a GOOD track record. You have more than 400 complaints against you (and the number may be greater, if everyone who received a letter from you filed a complaint). You THINK you have a GOOD track record at pursuing check writers, but your business is not in good standing PERIOD! . As far as telling people they will have a warrant for their arrest, thats up to the state's attorney. YOU or YOUR company has NO LEGAL RIGHT to tell a customer that kind of information nor can you issue a warrant and YOU or YOUR company CANNOT press charges, ONLY the company who receives the Bad Check can. You know what I am saying is indeed true facts. If you don't want your company to go under investigation, i suggest you STOP what you are doing.- Caller: Complainant
- Lisa| 3 repliesWell they called me too and didn't even have my name correct. It was a man's name and the last time I checked I wasn't a man. They had a claim number and told me I needed to call them back right away as I was involved in an investigation.
Thank heavens for the internet so we can check scams out such as these.- Caller: GCR
- not an attorney at law replies to Attorney At LawMr. Attorney,
You really might want to checks up on what you are saying before you plaster accusations on a public website. These can be traced back to you since you want to be big and bad and say lies about something that you know nothing about, but yet you will not say who you are???? Makes me wonder where you got your law degree. - figure it out replies to Lisa| 2 repliesI am sick and tired of people telling me that I should be in jail for doing my job and calling us trailer park trash adn scam artist. You do not know us from a hole in the ground. You people went into a merchant and stole from them with a worthless check and that make me who is trying to collect thier mlost money for them a criminal.......take a long look in the mirror people. When people contact you for a debt you owe, the first thing you want to do is yell fraud or scam.......PAY YOUR DEBT AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT DEBT COLLECTORS CALLING YOU.....
- frustrated replies to Attorney At LawAfter reading all of these messages it saddens me that this is occurring. After receiving information via the mail from these people I will paying my debt directly to the person I owe, not them.
- to whom it may concern replies to Attorney At LawSee this link for a case that was brought against them. It states that they tried to settle it out of court to avoid a judgement against them. In the end they had to pay attorneys fees due to violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
http://ne.findacase.com/research/wfrmDocViewe ... 6083.DNE.htm/qx - honesty replies to figure it out| 1 replyMaybe your company should check their facts and collect a debt the legal way, then people wouldn't be complaining about your place of work. There is a difference between debt collection & harassment. It is harassment to threaten to put a warrant out for their arrest. It is also law in most states that if a person questions the debt it is your job to prove that they owe it. Sounds to me like the people here just don't want to be insulted and harassed.
- Megan replies to AshleyYour from Alabama? That explains everything..........................................
- SharonDo not want calls from this company again....their message does not say who the call is for and believe it is not for me.
- frustrated in mo replies to honestyStephanie what should happen as a collector? The first thing is read the fair debt collection act, original and revisions. Legally you have to tell a person what company you are calling from and not threaten your customer with legal action or calling their employer. Then when they call you back you legally have to provide proof of debt via mail within thirty days or leave them alone. If you were legit stuff onthis board would not bother you because you would know that you are doing everything legally.
