11am Sunday 6/7/09 automated computer generated call for "Meehole Lane" from the law offices of Manbracken, a debt collection agency.
I get these for any name that starts with "M" since that is the way I am listed in the phone book.  I am so sick and tired of this that I send each incorrect call to a lawyer that deals effectively with harassing phone calls.  I found him by one of the links on this site www.attorneysforconsumers.com:

He helped stop two companies from contacting me for debt collection of people unknown to me WITH no cost to me.

A Mathew Hayes who claims to be with the Law Offices of Manbraken who keeps calling me at work on a weekly bases.  I have referrred him to the Law Office of Victor W. Luke in Sacramento, Calif who has taken over for the Fairhaven Law office. This group has been working on my case since about July 8, 2008.  Mr. Hayes is abusive and keeps thirting me with law suits.  I have asked that he talk to my law firm but he says he is not allowed tp negociate with anyone but me.  I kow he is lieing because my law firm has successfully settled one American Express account thus far.

Continually receiving calls for a Timothy "Onxst" or "August" none of whom we know. We have no debts but they keep threatening law suits. Don't get involved in calling them back becaus that is exactly what they want. We have an private unlisted phone number so we know someone who probably is in debt, rearranged some digits and now we're having to tolerate these calls. They also leave a variety of phone numbers so you know it is 100% SCAM! Sometimes the caller's diction is so conveniently garbled that the attorney's name or office is near intelligible.

Sunday evening automated calls.  3 months in a row.  For someone I don't know!  Also they use 301-882-9977
