FaxZero will make 5 calls to attempt to send a fax. If someone is attempting to send you faxes at a non-fax number, you can e-mail support [at] faxzero.com and ask them to add your number to the block list. Of course, be sure to include your number with area code.

Recieved over 15 calls in 25 minutes from this number. Filed a complain with BBB, and emailed FaxZero to put my number on the blocked calls list.

And I also looked up the mainline number, and left a message asking to stop the calls.

called about 6 to 10 times last night around 4am.... only beeps.... My Friend Bruce had the same issues at the exact same time in the morrning.. I am checking into other and will be placeing a complaint with the BBB as it looks to beling to this company

I have received several calls from this number starting at 10:10  pm, the phone doesn't stop ringing; it's very annoying and I don't know who they are or what they wnat, no one answers on the other side.

Got 5 calls last night at 2:16AM, 2:27AM, 2:38AM, 2:49AM, and 3:39AM -- all beeps or fax machine sounds. Why is it still happening after 2 years since this thread got started? Does anyone have any luck with blocking or reporting to BBB?

If you are receiving inbound faxes from FaxZero by mistake, you can correct the problem very simply by doing the following:

1.) Document the EXACT date & time (including time zone) the call/fax was received.  Next, be sure to document the phone number you received the call/fax on (i.e., YOUR phone number).

2.) If you actually received the fax (as opposed to the call coming in on a cell/home phone line without a fax machine connected), write down the "Fax Tracking Number" which is displayed on the coversheet in the footer.  The number will look something like this:  "#1234567"

3.) Using ONLY the info collected in the above two steps, you now need to contact FaxZero and let them know you "WOULD LIKE TO BE PLACED ON THE BLOCK LIST."  You may contact them via e-mail or fax.  Their contact information is:
