Received email, not a call about completing pre-employment form. Indicated to complete the form while I passsed WHC clearance. What??????????? I had a recent background check in November for my current employer. The position is for Office Coordinator. Dough indicated it would take 7-10 days to have clearance completed and urgently complete the url link. Completed and immediately the site sends you to your offer and benefits, and forces you to setup a broker account and other so called benefits. Why would I want to complete all this information PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT.  see below the email.
Did you register your TradeKing IRA benefits account yet?
I hope so because I'm still waiting on your employment clearance.
It may take 7-10 days to get your background records from WHC.

Can you please sign your pending job offer term sheet?
I can use it to possibly get our HR dept to move quickly.

So is this message that has been going out fake because my girlfriend got a message giving her much information about a job opening in Las Vegas, but I was kind of skeptical of it. Is it fake then?

$42 K yr.... said HR person would contact me about office coordinator job in Huntsville Al..."Janet" never called.
Wow, people need to get a life instead of scamming poor folks looking for a job!

Just got the same email today! Weird. I was so excited. I was so desperate for a job like that.

won't waive your employment clearance just yet.

It will take 7-10 days to receive your credit and background
clearance from WHC. However, I"m doing everything to get
WHC to move faster. I'm assuming 10-days is a long time for you.

I will give you a call the second we receive your clearance.
Please be patient with the "corporate bureaucracy". It's just
company policy at work here...I went through the same thing.

Yeah I got the same email for a clerical position with Sun Property Advisor with a base salary if $42,500.00. My question is what employer ask that you check off what you want in your benefit package? Also, what is WHC? And who hire  before interviewing the person?  Although, the email states you do not have to sign up for the IRA until emplyoment, Doug emailed me twice asking that I sign up saying it could speed up the hiring process. I emailed him back and said I will sign up after I am gainfully employed. Yeah, this is a scam.

I got the same garbage email.  The offer is nice but I have never had an offer or signed any sort of benes or contracts prior to hiring much less an interview.

should I be worried? I got the same email and did the credit check but that is all. Can he screw me over on the little money I do have?

"So here's the good news, I should have your background

I also noticed that on Google there are two websites for Sun Property Advisors and that is what made me sketchy, along with the prolonged period of not returning my call, the "lol" in the email, the forms in the email, as well as my intuition. Wow, people really have no hearts. or morals this days. I am unemployed and got this email this morning. To be honest I was a little exited. Wow! I sure that many of you as for myself work really hard on seeking employment, of which takes hours of your time submitting one resume after another to many different companies. How and or why would anyone want to take out this much time in their schedule to hurt us and let us all down in such a negative way. I notice the company "Blu" next to this advertisment. Has anyone applied to the company call Blu? I was just wondering if any representative from there company had anything to do with this. I got my information on this past Saturday, June 6, 2015. I was expecting to hear from this guy Doug Holder and or Janet Brooks today, but not phone call as of yet. So I researched the company and found all of you guys who have many complaints. Wow! Wow! Hello I just received the same e-mail well two different e-mails from
Doug Holder from Sun properties with my salary info and benefits that's
too funny hopefully they will not actually find a sucker to fall for it

I'm glad that I decided to do some research not that it didn't sound fake anyway
but its always good to know for sure
