    I called and was 18th in line...then when someone answered he put me on hold. I called back and was 3rd in line....a recording answered to leave a message but there was no beep and nothing to record on.

    It is some type of scammer. If you google the number, you will see that they post fictious houses to rent on craigslist. They post incredible houses at unreal low prices to scam people to call them.
