I recently received an automated message telling me that my data minutes have gone to high and that my phone could be shut off. since this is completely different than the plan I have signed up for, I'm trying to find out who this is that is calling me. the color did not identify who they were calling on behalf of, as it was an automated message. as instructed in the message on my answering service I called to find out the nature of this issue. The automated service proceeded to interrogate me about my phone usage and my settings. when I called my carrier and asked if everything was alright with my account they assured me that there was no issue in to disregard this message. I'm trying to find out who this is that was calling me and report them.

Well it would appear that I've been had. The number listed above is for a actual company that has nothing to do with phones. This phone number is for a legit business Quality POS Systems in Cape Coral Florida. The gentleman I spoke to at the company says that he knew of a number 1505 that had something to do with phones. I did try to contact this number but there is no one available so I still do not know why I was called. With unlimited talk text and data. I can't understand why I would be going over and why they would threaten to shut off my phone. Especially in the form of an automated call.
