did not leave message.  Cell phone did not show any CID. No info here but when I googled, it's MY HERITAGE subscription number.  I had just done something with them.  Dumb that they didn't leave a message.

I signed for 14 day free trial period. Tried cancelling this service, but the number does not even ring, can't leave a message, can't speak with anybody. This 24/7 support is out of service.

Don't be surprised if you start getting "automatic charges" from  that family search site.  Have your card company block any charges from that company.

Call from MyHeritage.com customer service center (1-800-987-9000) checking if user account access is okay after a company data breach earlier in the year.

This is not really My Heritage. Somehow they steal your sign up info when you try the free trial.
Even if you unsubscribe @ My Heritage, they use your info and take your subscription fee. I called them and raised hell & they refunded my money.

I DID just make a purchase through MyHeritage, but no message was left.

Keep calling but does not leave a message

Call came to phone listed as Waukee City Police.   I called to find out Heritage, got a recording with recorded message stating it is My Heritage.   Did not leave message when they called either.

The call I did not answer,  as it had no  identification of who the caller what I do not answer those numbers. As I can tell from looking up the number, I see that it is
My Heritage, they should get a new number and get this straighten out. I do not have a  subscription with them, I just have the free one! I did order a DNA kit .

They called four times today. Never left message. Got a call from another number thinking it was my friend, it wasn’t but it was heritage. I questioned it was her company and why didn’t they leave messsge. She apologized, it was her, but she said they don’t want us to leAve messsge. This was legitimate since I called them a week before

I went on MyHeritage.com, took a look around, check to see if I could do month by month membership, and they only do yearly, so I got off the site, now, within 15 minutes of getting off the site, they are harassing me with one call after the other. STOP CALLING MY HOUSE EVERY HALF HOUR.  And how did you get my number???

Odd that the myheritage number is listed as Waukee City Police department

I guess its my heritage calling.  My mom called them with a question from my house last week so they must have captued my home number from that call. I could hear India accented people in the background. Then call was dropped.  I have blocked their number.  If they need to contact her they can call her on her number.

It was MyHeritage, trying to sell me a membership, right after I did the one time purchase for the DNA upload from Ancestry.  Ugh.  I hate it when companies do this.  Makes me want to cancel right now!

This call came from My Heritage after I had completed info for a renewal to the program.  It was an automated call that gave out a code to to input on there form that (a security feature) to enable them to charge the credit card.  This was a legitimate call as I was renewing my subscription with them.

From this list I am assuming it's MyHeritage. Scam because it's an unsolicited call to try and get me to purchase their services as I was recently on their website. I use to have an account. I did not give them permission to solicit me.

If you used to have an account then they are allowed to call you for 18 months unless told otherwise.

Calls every day and doesn't leave a message, like most scam artists that call

I keep receiving calls from this number but haven’t answered yet and will not after reading the above very useful information from others who keep getting calls from them. I have a profile on MyHeritage and did a DNA test and am awaiting the results. I was considering if they maybe called to inform me that the DNA test had not arrived well. However, I would expect to be informed about something like that via email.
