Received call could not understand caller! very poor English

Called my cell number 2x this morning.  I answered both times and hung up when no one responded to my answering the phone.  Again, this happened two times...one right after another.  I even waited a while longer for someone to respond when I answered the second time.  Nothing.  Called the number back and a recording asked to leave a message!!  Recording did not say where or whom I was calling!

They call me from this number asking me to verify my address and the last 4 of my social, her name was Alma she said she call for collection and I don't have any collection problems. I did't want to tell her my info, She said she has all my info but she did't want to give to me she keep saying she want to verify and give me the same # to call back. I don't trust on this agency

Got a call today from this number stating I owed for a medical procedure done almost 2 years ago,  which my insurance company paid in full.  Suspicious they asked for Tommy  ( no last name) ,a name I only use privately on Facebook.  I smell a rat!

They called looking for me or my wife when I asked what it was about she wouldn't tell me. She asked if I was so and so I said yes she then wanted my date of birth is an event I said sorry I don't give out that info over the phone the she said well I can't help have good day

Got the same call today. Gave me a different number and said to call it to "pay debts." They said they were "a debt collection agency." Didn't speak very good English. I'm not calling.

They're relentless. Calkef me lookimg for an Elizabeth, said they would remove my number. 2 days later they call for ME this time, then get rude and hung up after I told them I needed more info from them before who I told them who I was, they refused to give any info. I think they are scammers hiding under a debt collecting agency.
Btw, Im an actor too. Most pop was "Training Day," pb. Have a good one
