Errogant man calls frequently asking for the controller by name. When asked where he is calling from he gets snippy and tell me to just connect him with...he will wait.
He is rude.  He is now blocked.

Called 3 times in less than 3 minutes- sent to VM each time- no messages left.  Great way to do business!

The caller introduced himself as Zach Dean, caller ID was Mazuma Capital (he never gave his company name). He initially asked for the CFO but mentioned a different employee's name. I let him know that the person they were looking for did not have a direct extension, but that I would take a message on their behalf.

I asked him if someone from my company was expecting his call & he replied "I hope so." I then asked if he previously interacted with anyone from my company & he claims that he did but somehow does not have the list of who he spoke with in front of him.

Overall, he presented himself as someone important ("did you let them know that Zach Dean is on the line," "is there anyone else at the office that we could try other than [CFO]") but refused to provide me any further details for the purpose of his call. This person was aggressive & dodgy during my conversation with him, as I was not going to directly transfer him to someone due to the lack of information & professionalism.
