La-Z-Boy delivery service

This is the follow up survey that La - Z - Boy conducts after they delivery furniture to your home.  We received our call today after receiving a delivery earlier this week.  It's unfortunate that the caller ID does not come up as La-Z-Boy.

Lazy Boy delivery survey.  My wife bought the chair so I did not pick up as she is not here to provide her satisfaction.
My opion would be Fantastic job.  I am almost blind so do not know how the company name is spelled.

If this is Lazyboy survey call, then they need to not hang up when I answer the phone. It certainly doesn't improve my opinion of LZB service.

why do they call 4 times in one day and not even be on line when you pick up does not speek well of L B Service

You'd think by now that if they want a survey, they would ID themselves.

They've called 3 times today and hang up when I answer too.

They call repeatedly and hang up.  Unfortunately they do not stop making the calls even when I am trying to enjoy Christmas  with my family.  Wish they would wait until the 26th to call and hang up.

Called twice. Didn't leave a message  I did buy a Lazy zboy. Very happy with the whole experience. They need to leave a message. I get so many bogus calls I didn't answer. I would give them good Mark's.

I just had a LaZBoy delivery yesterday. I don’t pick up calls without identification, but would have been happy to speak to them if they ID’d themselves.
