calling almost 10 times in one day

I think this is the same people who call on 703-398-0003, who others on this site have identfied as West Asset Management.  I guess too many people have blocked the 703 number, so they changed.   However, I'm not completely sure about this.

got call from this number for the 1st time. they didn't leave a message.

i get calls from this number everyday, but no one ever answers when I pick up so I stopped picking up, but it's still annoying they call all the time, especially dinner time.

i got a phone caal from this # a few times already and avery time they say they'r calling for business i hung up, later a called back and they put me on hold, and i'm still waiting for someone to pick up.
