This is someone representing an attorney's firm.  "Sandra" is making calls claiming to have a judgement with wage garnishment.  This number is a personal number and she does not say the "law firm" she works for on her voicemail.  When I asked for a bar number and the attorney's firm she worked for she got short and hung up.  SCAM!!!!!!

Garnishment is done be COURT ORDER.  If that was happening, you would have been notified with a summons.

RED FLAGS - a no-named company---refusing to give information - got short with you.  Did you know it is ILLEGAL to claim to be an attorney of they are not??  State attorney general's office like calls about these "people".

Sandra Wilson called and left a voicemail claiming to be with "a lawyers office" and left the name of an employee that she was following up on a garnishment on.  The phone number is not that of a lawyers office but is listed under Michele Mann in Richmond, Virginia.  I did not call her back.

Sandra called and said that I will have a garnishment send to my job and a lean on property. She said that I went to a dentist office with the provider that I never heard of. That she will give me a week to call her back and if not I will loss everything.

She called to say I had a pending  garnishment. I am  waiting to see if  she will call back.  She  did not  name the law firm or company  she is representing. This sounds like fraud and I will be  sending  her name  and number  to the attorney general.

Total scam.  No debt collector can garnish anyone's wages.  Takes a court order for that.  Ignore and block these calls.

I got 2 calls and a very un professional voicemail from this Sandra person. I googled and saw this info on this number and here I am. I called back and as she answered saying hello, I asked who she was and she then asked who I was...I told her she called me twice and left a voicemail...she then butted in saying she was calling about a garnishment and I told her that I googled the number and she was full of it then she hung up.

Called TCC asking about an employee - Friday 11/10/2017-claimed she served a garnishment asking why no money has been sent.  Did not return call.  Prefer to handle these matters in writing.  Out of curiosity; put number in and got this information.

I received a call from a Sandra Wilson (no company name) trying to get a garnishment on one of our employees.  It's my understanding garnishments come from the courts.

Me too have been getting these calls, claiming she works for a attorney, and a collection has been set by my previous landlord. She threatened me saying if I don't set up payments claiming fir damages to the property. My previous landlord hadn't even called me or emailed me about. Because if the fear and shear embrasment of her claiming wage garnishment and court. I set up payments. Because if financial difficulties I had been able to keep up the payments. And the phone calls have started again. From this person called Sandra.

This lady calls me and said all types of things and would not let me speak and then she says I will garnish your wages and I will do this like I am supposed to be a dumb Hispanic. I said Sandra can you stop speaking so, I could get a word in and she said what! what! what! I said look do what you have todo and I will do what I have todo how about that, have a nice day. This lady is nasty and she does not have any customer collection service proper attitude. WOW! AMAZING! I have had people from India call me and I have paid my debt right there in there.

Obviously you have been scammed before because you did not make the debt collector follow the letter of the law.  Now every extortionists knows that you are an easy mark.

Called my husbands phone number and asked for me. Would not give any info. When I called back it is a personal voicemail not a company.

"Rxx?  This is Sandra.  Call me back at 804-355-1416."

Googled it, saw all these comments, deleted her voicemail, and went back about my day.

Have gotten 25 dollars a month from me for almost a year now. I just had to cancel my card and try to get my money back from my bank. Threaten to garnish my pay. I am going to call her bluff now

She called me and my boyfriend saying that she will garnish us on behalf of our old landlord from 6 years ago. She also called my job. I hope she doesn't continue to harass us. How is she getting our information?

called Sandra and asked who they were calling for, called and asked for the bar number - response: "the bar number isn't listed on the garnishment".

Asked if there was a website for "Champlin & Associates" (the firm "Sandra" claimed she was calling from), "..no ma'am - there's no website"

Left voicemail without any explanation of call - said her name was Sandra. It's a landline - I've blocked it - thanks everyone that posted their comments!
