Unknown Name, I didn't answer, never answer these calls.

this number has called me repeatedly asking for different people, none of whom are me!  very apologetic every time, never gives company info.  have asked several times to have this number removed from their records.

Automated message said something about the Virginia State Police, I hung up.

This number calls 3 or 4 times a day, including Sundays!

Who are these people? They keep calling, and as "annoyed" mentioned, even on Sunday. They call multiple times a day, never leaving a message.  I googled the number and this is website is the only hit. I just wish that they'd stop calling us. It's annoying.

Keep getting calls from this number but never a message.  Calls multiple times.  Can't seem to find out who it is or why they call and hang up.

Same here, though my caller ID identified them as "Local Call" only. We have friends in the 804 area code so I answered. The called responded with "Mrs. XXXXX?" to which I always say no, then they asked for my husband by his nickname, not his given name like most telemarketers do. When I said he wasn't there the caller just said ok and hung up.

Continue to receive calls daily and on weekends, just received one at 8:38pm on 12/23! Months ago, I did answer, caller asked for donations, giving Virginia State Police Lodge or License number. No message is left.

Our caller ID said it was "Unknown".  We did not pick up, not recognizing the number.  Supposedly the VA State Police fundraising organization has  called our Northern VA 703 number previously.

Called back, got "Thank you for calling the Fundraising Information Center!"  You're welcome!  Greets to jfab, and the guy that found me "Midwest Publishing, Inc."  You deliver.

A million other places, and the Fraternal Odor of Police here in VA.  I found out this morning when one called while I was blissfully dozing.  MPI is known in AZ to hire felons and under 18's for its call center.  This is likely the source of their high-quality brand of customer service.  They generally pay between $7-$9/hr. and you can apply in person!

A few years back, I had one tell me that if I didn't donate, he would send the cops around.  I cackled, and hung up.  When I saw they had recently said that to someone else, I figure this information should come to light.  Call them, let them know what you think of these practices, and the practice of "diverting" money destined for charities into their own pockets.

Finally after recognizing the voice from past repeated "hello hello hello" voice mail recordings I tried +69 and it came up with 804 415 4044. If it were a local toll free number I would call and tie up their line and complain. I some times prior to traveling in the 804 area code, I will print out some flyers advertising high paying employment or something that will provoke a calling response to the flyer and I list the phone number 804-415-4044. I leave these numbers at rest stops and will post them on public bulletin boards. Let them deal with annoying callers.

This number actually called my house on Christmas morning! They just called a few minutes ago as well.  What nerve!!  Of course, I didn't answer as 804 is indeed NOT a local call for me, as it appeared on the Caller ID.  There must be a way to stop them.  If you ignore them, will they go away?????

Didn't answer but almost did since I have relatives in the 804 area code.  Glad I didn't answer now reading all of the other comments on here.

This number is calling often.  If/when I do answer, there is no one there.
