When I first picked up the phone, everything was silent. Then a woman started speaking about auto insurance. I can't even drive...

Missed the original call from 804-415-6913 Hopewell, VA; tried to call back, says it is a non-working number.  No other information is known.

Voice box recordings trying to sell auto insurance (aka prob phishing for $$$). I asked the woman what her name was a number of times since i realized what was going on right away and they ended up hanging up. I've been spam dialing them back on 4 separate phones ever since just to screw with them

Called twice from this number. Picked up second time.  Female trying to sell auto insurance. Call from Hopewell, Virginia near Richmond.

called my cell phone and hung up. no message.

Vishing scam about auto insurance

Phishing for $$$$$$$ - Auto Insurance - Robo call !!

Every time I get a number that calls me I dont regognize I one block them on my phone then come here everytime it is a P.O.S caller I block them forever.

I've been getting calls from this number as well. When called back, always busy. If anyone has info on the origin of these calls please post. My ball peen hammer is thirsty.

Hey everyone ask yourself this.......could this be law enforcement? I recently got this call on two phones with different service. Neither connect in any way other than a hand full of people

To piggyback off of Rick- this is definitely a targeted call of some kind. Had 2 missed calls on two separate phones, one is a work phone that was issued to me a few months ago that I had turned on maybe twice, and never given out.

This is another scam. Tried calling it back number says it's disconnected.

Just had a missed call and 3 second voice mail. Might answer the next one and see how long I can string them along before telling them I'm in the UK and don't need any US car insurance. :)
