Received 5 calls so far from a Tina stating she's from "Vital Processing Services"- left a message using my previous married name I haven't used in over 10 years. Stated the same as others here that a complaint was filed and I need to contact them or they will return the case to the client. I know it's a scam. They are stepping up efforts calling 3 times the last week. They left two call back numbers, 804-459-8385 and 888-985-4323. The number on my caller ID shows up as a local number 920-587-4805.

The Philippines showed up on my caller ID, the call back number “Tina” left was 804-459-8385 and said she was with “Free Litgations”and she’s calling about a civil suit filed against me.  Definitely a SCAM.  These people should be prosecuted for harassment.

Same, threats of litigation but doesn't state what company is calling nor type of law suit  or case number. Claims to have my name and social security and will be proceed if they don't hear from me. Normally you would receive correspondence or documents with official seals. This is such a scam.

Yes, they have been calling me for awhile now. All different numbers to call back, many different numbers calling from. And everytime is seems to be a different case number.  Lol
