Caller left a message that they were deducting $299 "for my automobile" from my bank account unless I called them back.

Called my wife's cell 2:38 PM 4/18. Robocall started before my outgoing was ended, so don't know msg, but sounds like a scam, as above.

I got a message stating 399 will be deducted for a microscoft subscription if I dont call back. I called to find out more information.  They didn't even know my name when I asked them what my name is. He put me on hold and came back with my grandmas name.  I told them to not remove any money from my account, asked them what the last 4 digits on the account they thought they were going to take from are and he declined giving me the information.

Called 4-19-19 at around 2:50 pm. I didn't answer and no voicemail left..... judging from previous comments sounds like a scam to me!

I got the same call and return the COM to be told that my Microsoft firewall was expiring and they were going to pull 200 and something dollars from my account. The guys name was Jeffrey and he told me to sit in front of my computer so we could cancel the payment together.  I told him I wasn’t in front of my computer and ask him to send me an email about it. He told me they couldn’t send any mail and he explained why in the most convoluted way possible &  I still have no idea what he was talking about. This is definitely a scam. Has anyone contacted the authorities about this?

Just got a call which I didn't answer the voicemail said that $399 would be removed from my account but didn't say for what. Smh these people need a life

Vm left stating 399.00 would be deducted from my account unless subscription canceled.

Old are the people the better easier to steal from for people that run phone scams and elderly there is a final solution for those people

Received phone call 2:50pm CST, chose not to answer as I get a lot of robocalls from out of state.   They left an automated voicemail stating $399 would be deducted from my bank account if my subscription was not canceled.   Definitely a scam.  No company name left,  not worth the callback but may pass on to authorities.

msg said they would deduct $399 from my account.  I called back, but no answer.  Seems fishy.

Same as previous reports.  Left message saying $399 would be deducted from my bank account if I don't call back and cancel my subscription (to what??).  Definite scam.  Tried calling back to give them a hard time, but it just rang and rang and rang.  Need to report this, for sure!

Total scam, just like the IRS scam. Indian guy named "Jeffery" saying my Microsoft firewall protection subscription is expired and that I owe $399 to continue service.  I knew it was already a scam based on the comments and the voicemail they left. So I took it upon myself to mess with them. I went along with it through to almost the end. Hilarious. Just like the IRS scam, I offered to make a payment immediately with withe my card or my bank account information, they wanted me to go buy gift cards  to pay the bill, gc increments of $100 and then take pictures of them and send them to him. Lolololol lol.... Wow..... I hate these guys so much. Felt good to waste his time like he does to poor unsuspecting people. One me, scammers 0.....🖕

Called said my.account would be charged 355 dollars if i didnt cancel by tomm supposedly from a firewall security service

I received calls and messages from this Microsoft subscription they were going to take money out of my account.  I called and told them to take me off the calling list.  He told me that he would not and laughed.  I worry about people that may not understand that this is a scam.

Ya. I got the same thing about firewall.  Told them I didn't even have a bank account.  They wanted gift cards. What a joke. India call center.  Wish they could do something but it is out of country.  Hopefully nobody falls for this

Same thing as others. Would take $399 from my bank account for services from Microsoft. This is a definite scam and I just ignored it. Not wasting my time to call them back.

Calling leaving voice mail to call them about an auto deduction of $399. No details. Call back and it is a busy signal.

Scammers. They'll never win.

Just received a voicemail stating the same as above. So irritating....people should just stop answering calls they don't recognize.
