Phone calls repeatedly--no one there or no message

Don't know who this is? No message and lots of calls

This phone calls me several time, though never leaves any msg. Finally, I pick up the phone, and get an auto msg from this call, saying it's debt collection agency. I don't owe  anybody any money, so I know it has to be a scam.

Received on call 6/17.  Caller disconnected when my machine started to announce.  CID read "NOT AVAILABLE".  Based on what I read here and common sense, the number is now blocked.

This is a legit collections agency called Stellar Recovery that operates out of Montana. I mail them payments every month for a Comcast bill. It is not a scam. If they are calling, you probably owe someone money. www.stellarrecoveryinc.com
