I just got a call from this same number with the same "I'm sorry" and a hangup.

She gets around... but she does sound sort of perky and cute :)  This appeared on my new google voice number.  I didn't answer (as it's redirected to my cellphone, and that costs me minutes!) but a short while later, I got a notification that I had google voicemail waiting... and an unintelligible short message.

Just got a call, only heard "I'm sorry" then it hung up.

This number called this morning and said they same thing.. " sorry" and hung up... Weirded me out....

Sprint VM translation:

DC hey monthly payments for your credit card so I wanna get back to you let you know that I did find a solution. We've got a program that can load those interest rates to as low as one . 5% and possibly take all the pain is in and since you are only making minimum payments this, is a great opportunity for you. This will be my last courtesy call so. Please give me a ring today you. Can reach me here at 1-877-723-1426 again. That number is 187-7723 why the 426 thanks.

Same thing happened to me this morning. I was was like whatever when he said sorry and hung up.

Got the message at 11:57 today. And I'm copying this from MR who already posted and experienced the same...

Caller stated that I could lower my monthly payments and I'm only making minimum payments. It is obviously a recording since the beginning of the message was cut off - probably started it's spiel when my voicemail kicked in. Caller is very conversational and casual in the message and also states this will be her "last courtesy call." Please. This is bogus, don't call them back.

I received the same exact voicemail except that it started halfway through, which makes it seem like it's a recording and it started before the beep.

I got a call at 6:30 am. All it was is a im sorry then a hang up. I was pissed so looked up the number. Everything that I can find is a SCAM on people that call them back. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO they will run up your cards and then not help you.

Just got the same phone call.  I answered, a recorded message say "I'm sorry", then hung up.  Must be a harvester bot.

I live in the greater Seattle area.  A northern suburb has installed automatic ticketing stoplight cameras.  Was trapped in an intersection during a Christmas traffic jam and recieved one of these tickets.  There is current litigation concerning the legality of these devices.  I refused to pay and so just recieved a collection notice from Alliance One Recievables Management, Inc.  I find it much more than a coincidence that this company is located in the 810 area code.  I have no other dealings with anyone in the Flint Michigan area.  I got the "I'm sorry" call from a computer generated message.  This is a call to verify a cell number.

Is this a common thread amongst the rest of these calls?

i, also, just recieved a message from this number. message started in the middle of whatever she was saying. somthing about my credit card payments... this is the last courtesy call... bla bla bla. i dont own a credit card. im not making any payments.          i will not be following up on this at all.   hope this helps ppl. even tho i think all of the previous comments would prove just the same.

Got an call, called back but it was disconnected. It must be something not right!!!! We should be aware of it....

Answered the phone, but just a few seconds of silence, then they hung up.
