Fake "customer service" number directed to call in scam "PayPal" phishing emails.

Phishing Scam: number on fake PayPal invoice

I received a spam message via e-mail, which contained the above number as a contact.
I suspect it was an attempt at the Customer Service Scam, in order to gain access to accounts and/or computer.
Spam message contents were as follows:

Subject: Transaction is confirmed and saved.

    Microsoft 365

Hello <incorrect name>,

Your Microsoft 365 5 Year subscription has been renewed.

Total billed: USD
