How do I stop this foolishness?

This # called my cell, and actually left a vm! At first just heard lots of scuffling, then his voice started in really loud (was probably a recording). Explained how I could make tons of money using an automated voicemail system, no cold calling, no hunting down family & friends, etc. You know it's bogus, though, when they want you to call back an area code, not an 800#.

I'm getting a ton of these calls from various numbers around the country--all on my cell phone.
Some have my credit card numbers.  I have stopped answering any number I don't recognize.  I
don't know how to stop them other than just never answering them.

A pre-recorded call from Juan.....  how to legally use this automated system to make $$    BS

I also got a pre-recorded message from 'Juan'.  It was a strange buzzing at first and then after about 5 seconds he starts talking in a pre-recorded message.  I do not want this number calling me!
