They hung up!

i got a call from this number as well only it was 118132006555 on my cell. i missed the call. thought that 11 was weird in front of the number.

called today and yesterday

Just called me- didn't answer.

Got a call from this number on my cell. Picked up and they immediately hung up.

Called my cell, i didnt answer. They did not leave message. I return called the number and get the message that its an 'unallocated number'.

Called my phone and then I answered and they hung up without saying anything

They called me too, twice and I didn't answer, any chance anyone else has been recently searching for car insurance online? it seems like since I started getting quotes, I've been getting weird calls on my phone. I'd  like to figure out who gave out my number..

Call repeatedly calling cell #. Sick of  this nonsense. Keep it up and I am reporting it.

I answered it. It's a automated sales call selling security systems. You get the option to pick 2 to remove yourself and I've been called twice and removed twice to no avail.

Got same message when I called back

Keeps calling and hanging up. Well, surprise, surprise, I am a hacker and have already traced your [***]. Will be seeing you really soon, in person.

When you searched for insurance, in the disclaimer you gave permission to allow the company to provide to "third parties" your number for marketing purposes.  There are many businesses that are quite profitable not by getting you a good quote, but by selling your information.  That company had your name, SS#, address,credit history, income, etc. and they used it to target market you.  If you procured an anonymous quote then they targeted you with less information.  However, this particular number seems to originate out of country, thus the 11 at the beginning.

Called and left no message.  I think it originates out of country.  Scam to get your personal information.

Received a weird call from this number. it was almost 9pm at night when the call came in on my cell. I figured even a bill collector wouldn't call so late at night.
