I called it back. It is Chase Auto Finance. If you owe them money of have recently changed your auto finance status, they will call until the cows come home. A family member owes them money, and I have asked many times that they stop calling my cell phone number, but they continue to call it.

I moved to Winston Salem and got a digital phone from Time Warner, 30 minutes after hook up, I started getting calls on the phone. One in particular is 813-584-2082, Chase Finance. I have told them 3 times that
this is a new number to me and that they need to correct there books on it.
I was told very nicely they would, well I just got another call and that
makes it two nights in a row at 8PM they have called. Other then changing
my phone number how does one get them to quit calling for the party that
no longer is in the area?

Wow Angry Calvin, good luck with that one. From my knowledge, the calls just get worse. They seem to have the inability to correct the number without a replacement number. And boy do they call!! On one hand I can understand why they do it, it is too easy to say, yeah, so and so doesn't live here. But it really sucks when one is telling the truth. Should they suffer because anon owes money somewhere?

this is from Chase,  I do have a loan with them and I fell behind 1 time,  (16days late in the past 3yrs of ontime payments)  to make matters worse,  I called and set up the payment,  they just dont seem to check their records before they call.  they call as late as 10pm,  its usually an auto generated call, but if you answer a "cust service rep" will get on the phone.  they have assured me several times that they will not call back,  but got another call 5min ago!!!

yep me to 3 years never late never miss a payment. Due to circumstances beyond my control i had to set a payment and ahalf for 2 payments. Wa approved and o.k.'d because "I am such a good client" that my word is my bond..blah,blah.. Well then this little man named Hans calls and says unexceptable and got all threatening with me on the phone. Going to refi thru another bank credit union  not affilliated with Chase at all. what a bunch of slimeballs.I will never use them again and suggest to anyone and evryone to do the ssame.
