I called the number back and it said it is not a working number.

I called it and it said at first UPS Tampa. Then the next time I called it ti was said not a working number. I did have request a UPS tracer on a package yesterday butr the pkg was never in Tampa.

It's UPS calling regarding a package where (most likely) your phone number was listed. The representatives are usually at extensions (duh, it's a massive corporation), so calling back the number on called id will not work.

Paul, I think it works in their favor to lose you as a customer.

I was on my cell with Amazon.com attempting to track a package that was lost.  A call came from this number while Amazon was attempting to track the UPS delivery - wasn't able to pick up the call cuz I was on the phone with Amazon.  They did not leave a message, but I am thinking it was UPS attempting to call me.

Call from this number at 0707. Answered after two rings and they had hung up.

Thanks to 800notes, I answered. Was a call I wanted to take, UPS solving an international shipment delay.

Played back a VM left by this number...well partially played...it was just musak but then I wondered if just by calling back and being connected at all gave someone access to information on my phone so I hung up.

Received a call calling from International Preferred Department, and person mentioned about speaking with me the other day (they did not); about my package coming from Italy expected to arrive tomorrow and I was attempting to update the address (did not order anything). Person monitored the package and was able to process the hold so the address can be changed to arrive there tomorrow. They will monitor and follow up again tomorrow around the same time to give you an update and let you know that the change was successful from there. Just received a call, nobody was there. Called UPS earlier. So problem them, but was dead air. Only spent (literally) +12 hours sitting here waiting for a UPS and purolator package, so its not like I would expect them to be any more successful at making calls then delivering packages...

Had this number call me in regards to a package but we are currently receiving multiple different items from different website that are not being purchased on out cards.  Filed a police report a month ago when the first item arrived and had to pull teeth to have them make a report.   Now today this call comes in asking for ups to pickup an item, the number was unavailable ‭(813) 663-6060‬. And she gave me an alternate number 866-835-3719 extension 1062772 (Jennifer Holis).  I look up the 866 number but nothing came up with UPS.  I have tried everything as far as resources to have all the items return but with no success.  lol the packages arrived with our names and address.  The websites even stated that the account the item were ordered under have our name and address.
