After my usual business greeting, male caller made a statement that was not understandable due to his heavy accent AND bad connection.  I think that he wanted to speak to the technology leadership team about A and T services, but I did not hear if he stated the name of the company he is calling from.  I advised caller that the connection was poor and asked if he could hang up and call again or start over, but slower.  He agreed and then he stopped talking.  The call eventually ended and he did not call back.  I dialed the number as a courtesy, and reached an anonymous voice mail greeting.
