Car warranty seller.  Caller ID says "Plant City, FL"

Caller states they have a legal case against someone did not specify name but says if i do not call back immeditally they will send for prosecution. I have no legal matters with anyone and never have.

Caller states they have a legal case against me and I need to call today to resolve matter. I do not have any legal cases.

Automated recording states Legal Case and need to call today. I don't take these calls serious at all. Any legal action would require documentation in some form or another.

left a voicemail stating I have a legal case against me but did not specify name and says if i do not call back immeditally they will send for prosecution.  Called back out of curiosity and to tell them to stop calling, went right to voicemail and says leave your name and number and we will call you back…

Automated recording left on home phone number with my wife's name in the message. It said to call 813-756-0475 about leaving some type of statement, apparently related to some type of legal issue. We haven't given out our home phone number in years and don't really use that phone. Tried calling the number to see who the company is, but it goes right to voice mail.

Harassing calls at least twice a day threatening further legal action. Called back, no company name, just to leave info.

Continuous calls saying if I don’t call back then legal action will be taken. Huge scam!!! They don’t even have a company name.

*my name* has legal action and it will be escalated without my statement and I will be prosecuted. I won't be giving a statement anytime soon.

Thomas Hughes with the mediation department called to threathen me stating that they have legal issues/matters against me for a loan i took out of $890.00 however with Attorney fees and more its upto $5,079.00, I called back to speak to Thomas and he hung up on me. GO FIGURE

Would the caller hang up if they had a LEGITIMATE claim  against you??
