Asked all my info name address phone number email address birthday something about an extra dr appointment online asked how I’d want a video or text on and on, asked if anyone else here could use this service told her husband name who has same insurance she said she couldn’t find his name at end told me no one was available at this time to take my call they’d call back

Stayed that it was Matrix health care and wanted to make an in home appointment.

Matrix Health wanted to set up an in home appointment with a family member.

Called saying they wanted to make an in home health appointment. Didn't say my first name just last name. I told them to stop calling me then hung up. They called back 5 times within less than 5 minutes. The 1st call said from UPMC. The other calls said Restricted Number.

They say they are upmc but they are not. When they asked for date of birth- told them to go to hell.

"matrix medical network calling on behalf of UPMC insurance. We would like to offer you a one time doctor apt via house call or video call and gift you with a 50 dollar gift card, can you confirm the year of your birth" She said "happy birthday i see  you just had a birthday." I told her noone is coming to my house , she gave me my address. then said well we can video you . I said no. she asked why and i said i dont like to be on video. - seemed super weird
