call from James Smith14c289 8203 say that i have a law suit filed against me from cash advance
and i will be arested

I received the same call saying I had a lawsuit against me from a payday loan company called US Cash Advance.

Yes this idiot called me too and said i was going to be arrested tomorrow and hung up on me.

Jackie Morgan from McKenzie law firm.  Was a case against me to be filed Monday.   Could not verify date of loan amount or original company name.  I told him if he could me that info I would check with the bank and pay it if I could verify with my records.   He couldn't.   Said I would be taken to court and arrested.

Got the same message...said i would be arrested but i can settle if gave him a GREEN DOT from walmart

i got the same call his name is richard henderson said i had 4 counts on me wanted me 2 pay 395 then another 900

I got the same phone calls just a few minutes ago.  The person called me cell and worked twice and left a message on each phone line.  I have no idea why they are calling, but i saved these messages and I will file a complaint with FCC & AG.

I have gotten several calls of this type and now recognize them instantly.  I was called today twice from this number and the last time I answered with the usual greeting, on the job, and left my name off.  When the woman asked for me by name I told her she no longer works here and she hung up...hopefully this will get around their call center and they will not call my work anymore...I wish there was some way to stop these creatures, they are not worth being nice to at all.
I do not recoginize the company and their threats are a waste of my time.  The last time, I reported them to the FBI and they seem to have a large file for this type of scammer.

My advice is to hang up on them and don't give them the chance to spout their scam on you, they try to use fear to make honest people give them money.
