Spam e-mail with this attached as a fraudulent Paypal invoice (PDF). The scam is to claim to be sending a "receipt" for a $420.55 transaction which doesn't exist, purporting to have taken the money from the intended victim's Visa card.

It's a trick to attempt to intimidate the victim into calling the number, where presumably some scammer attempts to get personally-identifiable financial information or payment card info.

Paypal is already one of the biggest scams on the Internet; it is not a legit bank and there is no such thing as "passthrough FDIC insurance". Very annoying to see scum like this adding to the problem.
