This is a robocall from some kind of "debt collection" scammers. The robomessage claimed they would serve whomever they were looking for at their home or place of employment, plus other ominous sounding BS. The callback number is 888-587-7407.

After doing some reading on another number, i'm suspecting this may be ARA, Inc. They have quite a reputation on RipoffReport: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/specific_search/ARA%2C+INC

Same lame bullying robomessage recieved from an invalid caller ID variant: 118172030759.

I had switched blocking for most of these scammers over to AT&T to free up blocking space in my older Panasonic phones, but two of the calls have come in with a caller ID of 118172030759, apparently in an attempt to defeat blocking. AT&T cannot block this number format, but Panasonic can, so the 118172030759 version is back in Panasonic blocking.

Transcript of the robomessage (if there was a name whom this was for, it was cut off at the start):

"...your home residence and your place of employment. If I am unable to reach you at your home residence, then I will be forced to serve you at your place of employment. Please make sure that you do have two valid forms of I.D. and that a supervisor is present to sign up as a witness. If you do have any questions or concerns, or if you need to change the time, date or location of the delivery of the summons, you must come in contact with the filing firm. Telephone number to that office is 888-587-7407. Once again that number is 888-587-7407. Thank you."

The message apparently starts while the OGM is running, cutting off any information at the head.

It is also possible I have misinterpreted a word or phrase here or there, in repeated listening for this transcript.

I've listened to this message from three different numbers, and it is exactly the same in all cases, so far as I can tell.

Called from 817-203-0759, left message wanting to know if I wanted to sell my property, then sent a text from 817-203-0977 telling me they left a voice message about it.   Blocked both numbers!
