Caller ID said IMC but they said they were on behalf of the NRA.

Yes, they were hired by the National Rifle Association to renew memberships, sign up new members and life members, and to solicit funds to save our gun rights.

IMC is a marketing company that the NRA has hired to engage in fund raising and membership drives. I have been a member of the NRA for most of my adult life, more years than I care to count, but when this year's membership expires I will not renew. This company calls me several times every day, from what appears to be an endless supply of phone numbers, even though I have informed the NRA that I do not wish to be hectored for money by these people. I also have grown tired of renewing my membership only to have them send me letters asking me to renew again after only a couple of months. I understand the need for fund raising, but when the techniques used rise to the point of infuriating your members you have crossed a bright, red line. There are alternatives to the NRA, and I will find one before my membership expires this year.
