Asked about a person I have not seen in 8 years. Told me to get a pen and paper, then hung up.

They've called before and have my name. Last week they said they just wanted to make sure I was going to be home after 5 because they were coming to serve me papers. I said okay thank you.
Just now she said she wanted to make sure I was going to be home in an hour because they were coming to serve me papers. I responded they need to make sure they bring the police with them.
All of my accounts are up-to-date. I have absolutely nothing in collections - no outstanding bills.
Blocking them doesn't do any good, they just call with a different number and I just keep blocking.

I love how indignant they get when you call them a scam. I just Spam Alert them on my phone and ignore them.
