- Joseph| 2 repliesBe careful, they know your name. He asks if it is [your name], make sure to say anything EXCEPT "yes". They are recording your VOICE.

- Kathi replies to JosephI said yes. Should I be worried? What can I do about it?
- WolfmanJack replies to KathiI would be a lot more helpful to report him using the correct company name. DNC complaints can easily be filed on their site which can easily be found using the internet. You can also try to report them to your state AG.
- Texas (calls mobile)| 2 repliesIt's a man that calls. Each daily call that I receive is flagged as "scam likely" on my ID.
I chose to answer it last week and the man said, "hello, _____, is this ______". The blank spaces are my name. And he was correct but I didn't acknowledge. I simply asked to know who was calling and FOR WHOM he was calling. I agree that this is someone or some people recording verbal acknowledgements for use in other nefarious ways, perhaps in attempts to steal identity, God forbid.
Please tell me were not all conservative Trump voters and this is some form of democratic retaliation.
Are there any progressive/democrats receiving these calls?- Caller: Cannot identify

- BurlesonI picked up the phone, but I didn't say a word. After about 30 seconds of complete silence ~ what sounded like a recorded message called me Johnny (wrong name) and said they were going to be in the area after our recent hail damage. I stated to quit calling and hung up. I have no idea if the voice was even real because he didn't stop his spiel when I asked him to stop calling. When I called back using a untraceable land line, a recorded message said to leave a message and representative would call me back. And for someone "to be in this area", the number is long distance for me.

- Lib replies to Texas (calls mobile)| 1 replyYes, progressive voters are receiving these calls. It’s a conspiracy. The world doesn’t hate you.
- Joey replies to Tomlmao
- Eric replies to JosephRecording only a "yes" doesn't steal identity. Anyone could record "yes" and it would work equally as poorly on voice identity. You need a lit more voice recognition than a "yes" for identity theft.
