I got a call from this number from a man named Mark. When I returned the voicemail, he began the conversation semi professional and then started to get an attitude and proceeded to hang up on me when I asked him how he got my current unlisted number but he was "attempting to send me letters" at an address that I haven't lived at since 2010 and then another address that I haven't lived in in about 3 years... which for the address from 3 years ago I know he never sent anything because I always had mail forwarded... when I asked him what this wa sa kit he said it was for a $267 balance for a college that I attended for one semester and that shut down... I told him that there must be an error considering I used financial aid for everything... he got an attitude and got defensive when I asked if the illegal search he did for my phone number (tracing my SSN to my phone bill) was legal.. seconds later he hung up
