Finally answered, tired of calls.  A recording asking for someone else & the number called has been mine for 11 years.  Sounds phisy to me.

do not answer calls from 817 585 2540 so called phony name that does not show anywhere on google so that means convergent does not exist as a debt collector. but they want you to call back and try and scare you about a debt and then some people get scared and give them debit bank carf info or credit card to pay someone at hteir home in another country... the your money is gone. the real convergent is in renton wa. 800 844 8485
