I answered and got a recording "Please hold for the next available agent. Your response is important to us." This played several times and I hung up. Out of area shows in the Caller ID and I am in the 817 area code.

they're back! just called here - caller ID reads "Out of Area" - no message left on answering machine - now blocked

This company calls me too. They are a debt collector. Just call back the number and have them remove you from their list.

they will go through your garbage, steal information from companies like Direct Energy etc. Google Convergent debt collector scam  !!! They will email, call and ..hell call family listed on your account if you EVEN had a past account ...sometimes they just slap your info and say you owe Motorola (even if you NEVER dealt business with them). Make sure you do not answer and verify that you have a working number. They people should be in jail ...a true failure of your justice system.
