called and left no message.  CID marked as SPAM by phone company (otherwise read Decision).   Calling number claims they are market research company on behalf on some other party.

More of the same BS calls.Has called several times before from other numbers...all have been blocked. If they pay me $100/hr I'll consider unblocking them.

I answered and they replied DSS Research. ( I do believe I've already trashed at least one of their surveys.) I said "we don't want any" and hung up.  I won't answer again.  I have my own do not answer call list and typically will not answer calls from any unknown number.
My question is just how they, and others like them, are getting my cell number?  I ditched my landline to stop these sort of calls!

Called my home phone, not answered, no message left.

Unsolicited call ... was telemarketer ... blocked and reported caller!!!!

Leaves no message, calls multiple times a day at all hours. I do not answer unknown calls.

Called at 8:45 PM. I didn't answer (I never answer calls from  numbers I don't recognize or have in the phone's phone number list) and they left no message. Blocked them!

AT&T Auto blocked this number one my cell saying it was a severe threat. It shows they have 6,286 reports of this being a scam.

Called at 8:29pm wanting to do survey for Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  Since my log shows this number is used by scammers, I told her we knew is was a scam.  She said to call the insurance company to verify they are legit.  I am not that dumb.

Number called, will not answer unknown numbers.  Left no message.

I did not subscribe to and supplement insurance so I assume I can't be useful to them...I blocked the number.

Called my house at 1 minute to 9 p.m.. did not leave a message and luckily did not wake my sleeping children.

Called my cell phone at 7:59 PM. No shame.

Getting at least 3-4 calls per day. This needs to stop.

Medicare scam. Report them to  Do Not Call Gov. Do not answer questions! Scammers..
